Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) through the SSC CPO Examination 2026.

Eligibility
and Educational Qualification
Candidates must satisfy the
educational and other eligibility conditions prescribed for the particular

Sub-Inspector
Posts in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs)
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's
degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
The required qualification must be
held within the date specified in the recruitment notice.
SI
(Fire) in CISF
For the **Sub-Inspector (Fire)
position in CISF**, candidates must meet the prescribed educational
qualification through any of the following routes:

Candidates who have completed Matriculation
(10th) followed by a three-year diploma in an eligible engineering
discipline, including Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automobile,
Chemical, Mining, Aeronautical or Telecommunication Engineering, may

Driving
License Requirement for Delhi Police SI
Male candidates applying for the
Delhi Police SI post must possess a valid LMV driving license for motorcycle
and car by the date of the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test, as
prescribed by SSC.
Male candidates without the
required license can still be considered for the applicable CAPF SI posts,
subject to fulfilling their eligibility conditions.
