Eligibility
and Educational Qualification

BE/B. Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in Civil Engineering with the
prescribed marks. At least 3 years of post-qualification executive

engineering degree in relevant Electrical disciplines such as Electrical
Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Power Engineering or other specified
equivalent disciplines. A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification
executive experience is required.

(RE-Mechanical)
Candidates should possess a
full-time engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering,
Power Engineering or the other disciplines specified in the notification. A
minimum of 3 years' post-qualification executive experience is required.

postgraduate qualification in management/HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel
Management or an equivalent qualification specified by NGEL. At least 3

executive experience in Finance or Accounts. The articleship period is not
counted towards the required experience.

engineering qualification along with the required Diploma in Industrial
Safety, or an eligible engineering degree in Industrial Safety/Fire &
Safety. At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience is
required.
Executive
(RE-CSR)
Candidates should possess the
specified postgraduate qualification in areas such as Rural Development, Rural
Management, Development Studies, Social Work, CSR-related fields, MBA or an
eligible engineering graduation. At least 3 years of relevant
post-qualification experience is required.
Executive
(RE-Rajbhasha)
Candidates should have a relevant Master's
degree involving Hindi and English in accordance with the combinations
specified in the notification. At least 3 years of relevant
post-qualification experience in Hindi terminology or translation work is
required.
